If you’re looking for a new favorite spot, this is it! Mimosa is a must-visit gem that I can’t recommend enough. Between the creative menu, incredible flavors, and stunning decor, it’s a total vibe. Pro tip: There are so many “Instagrammable” corners, so come prepared for a photoshoot! 📸
Since we were there, we went all out and tried everything from savory mains to desserts and drinks. Here’s the breakdown:
Fresh Oysters
Super fresh oysters served with your choice of Mignonette sauce, Tabasco, or a spicy Thai seafood sauce. Everyone has their favorite pairing, but for me, these were perfection—especially when paired with a glass of crisp white wine.
Tell me the Truff(le)
I’m officially obsessed. This homemade pizza is made fresh to order and loaded with truffle sauce, champignon mushrooms, and cheese. When it hits the table hot, the aroma is insane. The crust is soft and airy, not hard at all. You have to order this.
Salmon with Bouillabaisse Sauce
A generous piece of grilled salmon served with Bouillabaisse sauce, broccoli, and a French-style rouille. When you get a bit of everything in one bite, the flavors are incredibly well-balanced.
Shrimply Irresistible
Juicy, perfectly cooked prawns with a fragrant garlic sauce, served alongside toasted sourdough. Dipping the bread into that sauce is pure bliss!
Lasagna
Another personal favorite. The pasta sheets are fresh, and the sauce is rich and aromatic with herbs and melted cheese. Every bite is packed with flavor that just lingers in the best way possible.
Tiramisu Classico
We ended on a high note with the Tiramisu. This is exactly what a “proper” tiramisu should be. The cream, the soak, the aroma—everything is in harmony. I honestly couldn’t stop eating it!
