A luxury shopping mall with its unique architect, Gaysorn Amarin has recently completed its renovation and offers various choices of premium brands and restaurants. The shopping mall is the part of the project called Gaysorn Village, which consists of Gaysorn Amarin, Gaysorn Center and Gaysorn Tower – the office building.

1. Shop unique local items at THE URBAN

Whether you are looking for a new collection for your summer apparels or some  great quality and unique design for your everyday home use items or a creative gift for your friends, you can find it here. Just located right at the center of the shopping mall, spanning from the ground until the 3rd floor, THE URBAN offers wide ranges of high quality designed locally produced brands such as hand made coconut fibre tissue box, wicker tray with mother of pearl inlay, ceramics, Thai style aroma therapy products, apparels, etc.

2. Shop premium brands

The first thing you can see from the skywalk is LV The Place Bangkok, the first Louis Vuitton flagship store in Thailand. It offers an exhibition of LV’s visionary journey of the brand as well as dining and cafe experience. Tickets and tables have to be reserved in advance. From the ground until the 4th floor, the areas are filled with many unique local brands you cannot find elsewhere. You can find nice well-designed and chic apparels or great leather goods here.

 

3. Dine in premium restaurants

There are many premium restaurants and coffee shops located at the front zone of the shopping mall where you can easily access from the skywalk such as Peace Oriental Tea House famous for its premium matcha drinks, ACAI Story, an option for your healthy trip.

Going down to the Ground floor, there is also Kao Piak Sen, a Vietnamese cuisine restaurant, Mikey’s diner, an American comfort food dining experience, etc.

Walking up to the 3rd floor, there is a huge semi-outdoor space, offering various choices of restaurants such as Copper Beyond Buffet, a locally famous Japanese buffet restaurant where you have to book your table months in advance. RAYNUE, an all-day dining restaurant with prime location of the building where you can enjoy the open view of Ratchaprasong district. There is also Purple Laurel, a fine dining Chinese restaurant on the 4th floor as well.

If you enjoy something more affordable, for sure there is a food court on the 4th floor with decent quality Thai street food at an acceptable price.

Opening hours

Gaysorn Amarin opens daily from 10:00 until 21:00. However, some restaurants or shops outside of the department store may close earlier than the shopping mall, especially the luxury shopping brands. Please check the opening hours of the shop you would like to visit as well.

Entrance fee

It’s a shopping mall, which means there is no entrance fee. However, goods, food, beverages and services offered from a shop or department store are not free.

By BTS

This is the most convenient way to visit Gaysorn Centre. Get off the train at BTS Chit Lom station and use the skywalk. Walk along the skywalk around 100 meters, you will find the entrance of Gaysorn Amarin on your right left side.

By MRT

Another option if you come from the other part of Bangkok where MRT is closer to you, go to MRT Sukhumvit station and take the escalator at exit 3 up to the 2nd floor. Here you will arrive at the ticket office of BTS Asok station and continue to use BTS from this point.

By Car

There are parking spaces at Gaysorn Amarin. However, there will be a parking fee per hour applied. Please look for parking fee information at the shopping mall. The traffic can be very bad in this area during rush hour and working hours, so please be careful if you plan to visit other places after or have an appointment at the exact time.

By Taxi/Tuktuk

It is not recommended to use a Taxi or Tuktuk to the area or from this area because the traffic can be very bad during rush hour and working hours and you may be asked to pay more. If you cannot avoid using a Taxi or Tuktuk to this area, please feel free to negotiate the price or use ride-hailing applications such as Grab, Bolt or Muvmi (an application for sharing a Tuktuk ride). Also be careful if you plan to visit other places after or have an appointment at the exact time due to the traffic.
