The Baan Chao Phraya Art Gallery is located next to Santichaiprakarn Park and Phra Sumen Fort. This historic building has been renovated into an art gallery under the patronage of PTT Group, Thailand’s largest oil and petrochemical company. It is showcasing art pieces of both old and new Thai artists, as well as providing opportunities for youth to showcase their art through an annual art exhibition.

What is the highlight?

1. Temporary Exhibition

The gallery presents art exhibitions, each lasting 1-2 months and featuring a diverse range of art forms from paintings and sculptures to the digital arts.

The famous annual exhibition only at this art gallery is the “PTT Art Awards Exhibition”. Every year, the PTT Group, in collaboration with Silpakorn University, the leading art university in Thailand, organizes an art exhibition on a specific theme. The selected art pieces will be showcased in the exhibition, providing opportunities for youth and the general public to showcase their artistic talents and winning a cash prize.
